White Daygown with a Blue Placket

This sweet gown is a Ragland sleeve daygown with a blue placket. The daygown is created using Sarah Howard Stone's Babette pattern.

Tiny ivory edging is applied flat to the placket. The embroidery includes bullion daisies and satin stitched leaves and stems.

Vintage lace insertion is sewn with the same edging used on the placket and gathered onto entredeux beading. Blue double-faced satin ribbon completes the gown.
